Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, we are happy to provide a refund to your original form of payment. Simply submit your return request within 30 days of purchase. To process your return and refund, contact us at email@example.com or 1-763-494-9721, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. Please provide the order number, date of transaction and amount paid in order to process your refund expeditiously.
- Do not discard the product before contacting us
- Do not send the return in until you hear from us that your return has been processed
- Once your return is approved, we will send you a shipping label via email to ship the product back to us
- On receipt of your return, the product will be inspected and you will receive information about your refund status.
- Our return and refund policy also applies to products that are damaged upon purchase, misplaced in transit, or delayed beyond reasonable shipping time.
